  • Booking will be considered 100% only when the full booking amount is received as per deadlines.
  • In case of any damages whatsoever done by the participants, the cost of the same has to be borne by him/her.
  • The organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • The first installment is not refundable.
  • Hotel check-in (Early chack-in) and check-out timings as per hotel rules and regulations.
  • The company is not responsible for an additional price on account of some events like accidents, breakdown of the vehicle, riots, delays in trains, etc Extra will be charged if the government declares any new guidelines regarding Hotel stay or transportation.
  • The schedule can be changed on the spot by the manager for convenience.
  • The company won't be responsible for any unconfirmed or RAC train ticket. Confirmation regarding train tickets needs to be made at least 120 days prior.
  • The trip manager has full right to dismiss any person from the trip if he/she is trying to create an unhealthy environment for others
  • The company won't be responsible in case any sightseeing gets canceled due to natural calamities or man-made incidents.
  • SNAV TOURISM will not be responsible for any false or incorrect information submitted to government authorities for any registration/COVID-19 report/e-pass etc required as per government guidelines for travel.
  • Any discrepancy in during the tour shall be the sole responsibility of the customer(s). Customer(s) is to share complete and correct information for travel detail, failing which, any consequence as per law or any extra charges arising thereof will be Bourne by the customer only. The customer has to submit the photo ID proof of all the persons traveling at time of booking.
  • No refund will be initiated/entertained during the trip or before 10 days to the trip regarding cancellations of train tickets under any circumstances.
